RITE OF WELCOMING AND ACCEPTANCE – On Sunday, January 23, 2022 at the 9 AM Mass, we officially welcomed our members of RCIA at the Rite of Welcoming and Acceptance (see picture below). The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) is for those seeking baptism, for those baptized in another Christian tradition who are seeking full communion with the Catholic Church, as well as for those completing their Sacraments of Initiation. We as the community of St. Mother Theodore Guerin Parish welcome and affirm the teens and adults in this spiritual journey.
Please keep them in your prayers during this time as they learn about their faith and will receive baptism and full communion with the Catholic Church at the Easter Vigil: Emely Bravo, Miguel Castorena, Maria De La Luz, Nico DiRosa, Nathan Hernandez, Victoria Lao, Charles Metz, Yesenia Montalvo, Concepcion Santillan, Atziry Olmos Santillan, Omar Olmos Santillan, Christopher Oliva, Nathan Paez, Johanna Ramos, Jordan Sackmaster, Emily Salgado, Adrian Salgado, Joseph Soto, Melanie Urquide, and Jackelin Vilchis Olmos.
