Organizations are required to request the use of parish, school, and parking lot space before scheduling a meeting or event. Each organization should have one designated representative to fill out requests.
A Space Request Form is available below. Our Business Manager, Laurie DePillo, will get back to you as soon as she can during regular business hours after she receives your request. Most organizations submit requests for space during the summer, but if your organization wants to request additional space, try to request at least three weeks in advance.
Please do not schedule an event unless you have received approval for the space. After you receive approval, if a room set up is needed a Meeting Room Set Up Form must be completed at least two weeks in advance. You can pick up the form from the Pastoral Center. Laurie will approve the set up form and get it to maintenance. Please do not skip informing Laurie to go directly to maintenance. Laurie has access to all the calendars and can be sure your set up is done correctly.
