On May 28, 2023, all first responders, current and retired, and their families were invited to celebrate a Blue Mass at 11 am with the St. Mother Theodore Guerin Parish Community. This special Mass was an opportunity for the community to show gratitude to first responders and their families. Father Fil presided and blessed our first responders present at this Blue Mass. We are grateful for their sacrifices to keep us safe.
Also, our Respect Life Committee held a raffle for a handmade quilt to support a number of First Responders Memorial funds during May and a winner was drawn at the Blue Mass on May 28, 2023. Congratulations to Sean Soriano, the winner of Respect Life’s Quilt Raffle. Close to $1,000 was raised to support charities supporting the survivors of first responders.
