Our New Memorial Garden!

With the help of the Maraviglia Family, there is now a Memorial Garden by the 76th Court entrance of St. Celestine with a bench, statues, and beautiful flowers to give people a place to stop and rest and say a prayer for those who have gone before us. There are small river rocks hand-painted with the name of someone to be remembered on them.

If you would like to honor the memory of someone with their name on a river rock in the garden, please drop an envelope with the name of the deceased and the year that they died in the collection basket at any mass. You are invited to include a small donation of any amount.

Please mark the envelope to the attention of Laurie DePillo for the Memorial Garden.

At the request of several parishioners, we are going to add a little pet memorial under the sign on the 76th court side of the church. We will put the statue of St. Francis there and put their stones around them. If you want to remember your pet, please drop an envelope in the collection basket at any Mass with the name of the pet and mark it to the attention of Laurie DePillo for the pet memorial. You are invited to include a small donation of any amount.
